This letter of reference is for Kim Shepherd. We initially hired her to develop a training program for our DSL field technicians. The program was later expanded and her company provided training for SBC territories in United States.
This successful project evolved and expanded even more. She was also granted an additional contract that involved staffing and development of two call centers. These call centers supported field technicians and our customers. Her company provided hundreds of qualified and motivated employees.
Kim’s energy, resourcefulness, and hard work enabled students to achieve new levels of knowledge and proficiency. Her unique style of teaching urged students to pay attention.

I'm writing this reference letter on behalf of Kim Shepherd. I've known Kim for over seven years. I
met Kim as a project manager working for SBC during their DSL launch.
As the project manager in charge of training, I chose Kim and her
company as the vender to deliver the much-needed training. The
challenge; provide statewide training for 600 technicians in two months
on the computer installation of our newly released DSL product. During
post training Kim’s company was also to provide technical support for
our newly trained technicians, which she did. I've never hesitated to
recommend her to any of her potential clients since that time.
Kim’s
team delivered the training, meeting all timelines and curriculum
goals. The training was well received and the DSL launch and
implementation were a success. The training was so
thorough it provided us with the intelligence to implement a train the
trainer strategy once our contract with Kim was exhausted. She’s
